• 1 Cup Light Brown Sugar

• 6 Large Eggs, well beaten
• 1 Cup Dark Corn Syrup
• Pinch salt
• 1 tsp. Ground Vanilla Beans
• 2 Cups broken pecan pieces
• Optional: A handful of Pecan Halves for decoration on top
• 12 Slices of bacon, cooked and drained
• 4 Tablespoons of Good Bourbon
• 4 oz. Unsalted Butter
• ½ Cup Shortening
• 1 Cup Dark Brown Sugar
• 1/2 Cup Granulated Sugar
• 2 Teaspoons Vanilla Extract or 1 Teaspoon Ground Vanilla Beans
• 1 Large Egg
• 1 Teaspoon Baking Soda
• 2 Cups All Purpose Flour
• 6 Slices of Cooked Bacon, Drained
• 1 ½ Cups Butterscotch Chips
