• Banana leaves, cut into rectangles (10cm x 15cm)
• Turmeric coconut rice (to serve)

• Cucumber slices and tomato halves (to serve)
• Peanuts (to serve)
• 2 tbsp Valcom Red Curry Paste
• 1 onion (chopped)
• 1 spring onion (chopped)
• 1 tbsp turmeric powder
