- 1 cup diced red bell pepper

- 1/3 cup minced fresh cilantro
- 3 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 (15-ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
