Name: Chermoula Mussels Recipe
Ingredients: 1kg fresh mussels , cleaned and de-bearded (Discard any mussels that don't close after being washed and cleaned!!); 2tbsp olive oil; 1 red onion finely chopped; 1 white onion finely chopped; 1 fresh red chilli finely chopped; 2 tsp Steenbergs Organic Chermoula; 100 ml fish stock or white wine; 50g butter; 1 Bunch of coriander, roughly chopped
