• 1 loaf Sourdough Bread, cut into bite-sized ½ inch cubes
• 1/4 cup Unsalted Butter
• 3 Yellow Onions, diced
• 1 Fennel, diced
• 2 Celery, diced
• 1 Granny Smith Apple, cored and diced
• 1 tsp. Salt
• 1 tbsp. Chopped Sage
• 1/2 tsp. Ground Black Pepper
• 1 tbsp. Thyme
• 1/4 cup Chopped Parsley
• 2 Large Eggs, beaten
• 1 cup Low Sodium Vegetable Stock
