Ingredients

• 1 chicken breast (cubed)
• 2 leeks (sliced and cleaned)
• 1.5 cups carrots (diced)
• 1 tsp minced garlic
• 2 tsp salt
• 1 tsp black pepper
• 2 tsp Dried Dill
• 1 tsp coriander
• 2 tsp onion granules (or 1/2 onion diced)
• 1 bay leaf
• 8 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup orzo (uncooked)
• 1/4 cup lemon juice (ie juice of 1 large lemon)
• grated parmesan for topping
