Ingredients

• 4 matzos (broken into small pieces)
• 1 apple (peeled, cored and grated)
• 3 ounces raisins
• 2 ounces dried apricots
• 2 ounces chopped and toasted skinned almonds
• 3 ounces superfine sugar
• 1 teaspoon cinnamon
• ½ teaspoon grated nutmeg
• 1 tablespoon honey
• 1 orange (grated zest and juice)
• 3 eggs
• 3 tablespoons matzo meal
• 3 ounces pareve margarine
• 1 tablespoon superfine sugar
• 2 tablespoons marmalade (or apricot jam)
