Ingredients

• 8 tablespoon unsalted butter
• 1 teaspoon cracked black pepper
• 2 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon Roasted Chicken Base
• 2 teaspoon Better Than Bouillon Roasted Garlic Base
• 1 tablespoon freshly chopped thyme
• 1 tablespoon freshly chopped rosemary
• 2 pounds red potatoes, thinly sliced using a mandolin
