• 3 cans (30 ounces) sliced beets (3 x15 ounce cans, drained )
• 1/2 teaspoon cumin (start low go high,cumin is strong,I would go with dash starting out)
• 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
• 1/3 cup lemon juice
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 3 tablespoons parsley, minced
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• 1/2 teaspoon pepper
