Ingredients
- 500 g Rhubarb (approximately)
- 50 ml Orange Juice (approx. half an orange)
- 2 tbsp Caster Sugar (Superfine Sugar)
- 200 g Self-raising Flour
- 100 g Butter or Block Margarine (cold)
- 100 g Caster Sugar (Superfine Sugar)
