Ingredients

• 1 Packet of Orzo Pasta (Kritharaki) Melissa
• 1 Vegetable Cube
• 2 Table Spoons Unsalted Butter
• 1 Onion finely chopped
• 2 Gloves Garlic finely chopped
• 1/2 Kilo Mushrooms – combination of different types of mushrooms of your choice
• 1/2 Cup Red Wine
• 1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
• 1/2 Cup Fresh Cream
• Finely Chopped Parsley
• Salt & Finely Ground Pepper
