- 1/4 cup dark rum, warmed
- 2/3 cup coarsely chopped raisins
- 175 gram butter, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup caster sugar
- 3 eggs, at room temperature
- 3/4 cup milk
- 1/2 cup self-raising flour
- 1/4 cup cocoa powder
- 1 3/4 cup almond meal (ground almonds)
- 453 gram tub milk chocolate frosting
- 120 gram fresh or frozen (thawed) raspberries to decorate
