Ingredients

• 2 cups whole grain cereal flakes
• ½ cup plain breadcrumbs
• 1 teaspoon sea salt
• ½ teaspoon dried thyme
• ½ teaspoon garlic powder
• ½ teaspoon onion powder
• Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
• 1 large package chicken legs or thighs, about 14 pieces
• 2 -3 tablespoons olive oil
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 cup buttermilk
