Jackfruit Tacos - Old El Paso

Ingredients

• 1 package of Old El Paso Taco kit for 2 seasoning
• 3 tablespoons avocado oil, 1 tablespoon set aside
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small yellow onion, diced
• 1/2 cup vegetable broth
• 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1 teaspoon dried parsley
• 6 Old El Paso Corn tortillas
• 2 cans jackfruit in brine. Drained well.
• 1 jalapeño, thinly sliced
• 1 cup pico de gallo
• 1 cup pre chopped coleslaw
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 4 lime wedges
