Kale and Ricotta Pasta - CERES Fair Food
Want a way of using a whole bunch of kale in one meal? Want it to be creamy, delicious and a little bit Shrek..? This is your answer!
Ingredients
- 1 bunch (about 500g) black kale (cavelo nero), stalks removed
- 4 cloves garlic, peeled but kept whole
- 120g fresh full fat ricotta
- 1/3 cup hard sharp cheese such as parmesan or pecorino
- 150ml extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper
- 400g pasta of your choice
