• Farm & Larder lemon olive oil cake mix
• ½ cup olive oil
• 1 cup milk or buttermilk
• 2 large eggs
• 1 tablespoon finely grated lemon peel
• ¾ teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 pint fresh strawberries, washed and sliced
• ¾ cup crème fraîche or whipped cream
