- ½ c panko crumbs
- ¼ c mlik
- 3 tsps dried mint ( I used fresh mint finely chopped )
- 1 tsp finely grated lemon rind
- ¼ chilli flakes
- 1 tsp sea salt flakes
- ½ tsp cracked pepper
- 2 sheets of pre rolled puff pastry
- 1 egg beaten
- Store bought tzatziki,to serve
