• 100 g Butter
• 1 tsp Lemon juice
• Salt
• Freshly ground Pepper
• 3 tablespoons Finely chopped parsley
• Cucumber salad
• 1 piece Cucumber
• 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
• 2 tablespoons Sugar
• 1 tbsp Water
• 1 tsp Salt
