Ingredients

• 1 lb (450 g) sirloin steak cut into 1 inch (2.5 cm) cubes
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) butter
• 1 onion finely chopped
• 2 cups (500 mL) quartered mushrooms
• 1 cup (250 mL) diagonally sliced carrots
• 3/4 cup (180 mL) sour cream
• 1/4 cup (60 mL) all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups (375 mL) Milk
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) tomato ketchup
• 1 tbsp (15 mL) lemon juice
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 tbsp (30 mL) fresh parsley finely chopped
• 1 lb (450 g) egg noodles or farfalle cooked
