• Taiwanese rice wine x 1 cup ( or sub. w/ Japanese dry sake)
• Shao-Hsing Rice wine x ¼ cup (or sub. w/ extra Taiwanese Rice Wine or sake)
• Soy sauce x ¾ cups
• Oyster sauce x 1.5 tbsp
