• 2 golden delicious apples, peeled and sliced thinly
• 2 granny smith apples, peeled and sliced thinly
• 1/3 cup sugar
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• 2 tablespoon lemon juice
• 8 tablespoon unsalted butter, softened
• 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• two 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 2 eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/3 cup sliced almonds
