- 1 cup light cream
- 4 ounces small shrimp, without shells (cooked or raw)
- 1 small carrot, peeled and grated
- ⅓ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ cup(1 stick) butter
- 1 cup dry white wine
- 8 ounces cooked mussels, without shells
- Salt and pepper
- 8 ounces small cooked clams, without shells
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced small
- 8 ounces fish (such as salmon or whitefish or a mix of the two), cut in 1-inch pieces
- 4 cups whole milk
- 2 cups bottled clam juice
- 1 large leek, white and part of the green, very thinly sliced and washed
