- 240 g (4 pcs) Boiled Egg
- 100 g (1 dl) Mayonnaise 80% fat
- 10 g (0.5 dl) Chopped Chive
- 170 g Crayfish Peeled
- 50 g (0.5 dl) Red Onion
- 560 g (16 pcs) White Bread Sliced
- 200 g Cream Cheese
- 100 g (1 dl) Crème Fraiche
- 100 g Smoked Salmon
- 250 g Shrimp with shells
- 100 g Cucumber
- 50 g (0.5 pcs) Lemon
- 50 g Mache Salad
- 10 g (20 pcs) Sprig of Dill
- 80 g (1 can) Lumpfish Roe Red
