• 28g unsalted butter
• ½ tsp garlic salt
• ½ tsp Aleppo pepper
• Zest of 1 lemon
• 1 x 450g lobster, halved lengthwise, claws cracked
• 56g unsalted butter
• 1–2 garlic cloves, peeled and grated
• 1 small red chilli, finely chopped
• ½ tsp chives, finely chopped, plus more to serve
• 14g softened unsalted butter
• 1 brioche roll, split
• A handful of potato chips
• Lemon wedges
