• 1 cup Coriander (fresh) diced
• 1/4 cup Ice cubes
• 2 tablespoon Oregano leaves
• 1 Jalapeno stemmed, seeded and roughly chopped
• 3/4 cup Extra-virgin olive oil
• 1 Provenir New-York Steak Strips
• 1 tablespoons Provenir Beef Tallow
• 2 tablespoons Unsalted butter cut into cubes
• 3 sprigs Fresh thyme
