Ingredients

• 4 no egg (boil for 10 min, and cool them down in water)
• 4 sprigs curry leaves (remove from the petiole)
• as required oil
• 2 pcs cinnamon
• 2 pcs cardamom
• 2 pcs clove
• 1/4 no onion (chopped)
• ２ pcs garlic (chopped or ground)
• ２ pcs ginger (chopped or ground)
• 2 tsp fennel seed
• 1/2 tsp turmeric
• 1/2 tsp chili powder (more for spicier if preffered )
• 2 tsp coriander powder
• 2 TBS coriander leaves (chopped)
• 1/2 no tomato
• as reuiqred water
