• 1 x pack Real Seafood Co Cooked and Peeled King Prawns
• 2 medium vine tomatoes, roughly chopped
• 1 lemon, zest and juice
• 50ml olive oil
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• A of pinch chilli flakes
• 1 teaspoon dried oregano
• A pinch of salt and crack of black pepper
• 125g feta cheese, broken into large pieces
• 1 tbsp fresh parsley, roughly chopped
