Corn, Shrimp and Crabmeat Soup

Ingredients

• 1 red onion chopped
• 4 stalks celery chopped
• 1 Green bell pepper chopped
• 2 cloves Garlic minced
• 1 bag frozen sweet corn
• 1 can chopped tomatoes w/ green chiles
• 1 can tomato paste
• 1 lb shrimp peeled
• 1 lb claw crabmeat
• 1 tbsp Worcestershire
• Salt and pepper to taste
• 2 cups reduced fat chicken broth
• 2 cups water
• 1 bunch Green onions thinly sliced
