• 1 small onion, thinly sliced

• 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
• 1 1/2 cups beef broth
• 1 (10.5-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup
• 1 (8-ounce) container sour cream
• 1 pound pulled pork, homemade or store-bought
• 8 ounces wide egg noodles, cooked according to the package directions
• 2 cups panko breadcrumbs
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
• fresh parsley leaves, optional, to taste, for garnish
