Marquise Of Chocolate | Astrid's Kitchen
1) Mix chocolate, egg yolks, sugar, coffee and honey in a large bowl. Beat butter with cocoa powder and stir into chocolate mix.

- 3oz/75g plain chocolate, melted
- 6 egg yolks
- 5oz/150g caster sugar
- 2 level Tbs. coffee granules, dissolved in 3 Tbs., boiling water
- 2 Tbs. runny honey
- 5oz/100g unsalted butter, softened
- 3oz/75g cocoa powder
- 7fl oz/200ml double cream
- whipped cream for serving
- chocolate caraque for decoration
