• 1 lb. fresh lump crab meat
• 2 slices of white bread, crusts removed and cut into small cubes
• 1 egg, beaten
• 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 1 small red onion, finely chopped
• 3 tbsp mayonnaise
• 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
• 1-1/4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
• 1 tsp “Old Bay” or Cajun seasoning
• 1 tsp dry mustard
• 1/8 tsp salt
• 1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
