Fish sauce - Danat Food Industries

Ingredients

• 2 fishes
• 3 minced onions
• 1 tbsp garlic with ginger
• 3 minced Tomatoes
• 3 tbsp tomato paste
• 3 tbsp from each of minced parsley and coriander
• 1/4 tbsp from each of arabic spices, black pepper, cinnamon, Turmeric and Cumin
• salt to taste
• 1 tbsp dried black lemon
• green pepper
• 1/2 cup of oil
• 2 cups of hot water
• 2 cups of tamarind
