Blackened Fish Tacos with Strawberry Salsa

Ingredients

• 300 grams cod or other white fish
• 1 tsp smoked paprika
• 1/2 tsp cumin powder
• 1/2 tsp oregano
• 1 tsp onion powder
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
• 1/4 tsp sea salt
• 1/2 small kohlrabi diced
• 1 pint strawberries, diced
• 1/2 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
• 2 tbsp red onion, diced
• 2 tbsp fresh lime juice
• 1/2 bunch cilantro, minced
• salt & pepper to taste
• homemade guacamole, or store bought works too
• strawberry salsa
• cabbage leaves, for wraps (or tortillas of your choice)
• fresh cilantro and lime wedges, for garnish
