• 1 & ½ teaspoons red ginger garlic masala
• 1 to 2 teaspoons salt
• ½ teaspoon tumeric
• 2 teaspoons coriander powder
• 1 teaspoon cumin powder
• 2 teaspoons red chilli powder
• 1 teaspoon coarse red chillies
