- 1/2 x Zest Lemon
- 4 x Cherry Tomatoes
- 1 x Spring Onion
- 1/4 x Finely Sliced Yellow Pepper
- Pinch Dried Chili Flakes
- Olive Oil 25g
- Parmesan (or Cheddar)
