• 2 tablespoons (30 ml) milk
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) sugar
• 4 teaspoons (20 ml) unsalted butter
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) sugar
• 4 pears, peeled and sliced
• Vanilla Ice Cream
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) hazelnuts, toasted and chopped
• 2 oz (55 g) semisweet chocolate, chopped
• 1 tablespoon (15 ml) unsalted butter
• 1/2 cup (125 ml) 35% cream or 15% cooking cream
