Ingredients

• 350g Tegel Chicken Mince
• 2 cups cabbage, finely chopped (or try 2 cups diced Asian slaw!)
• 2 spring onions, finely diced
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 2 teaspoons freshly grated ginger
• 2 tablespoons soy sauce
• 2 tablespoons sesame oil
• 1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
• 30 dumpling wrappers
• ¼ cup chilli oil
• ¼ cup light soy sauce
• ¼ cup rice wine vinegar
