- 2 large eggs
- ¾ cup milk
- ¾ cup all-purpose flour
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 1 cup fresh rhubarb, sliced ½” thick
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered and dried on paper towel

- ¼ cup unsalted butter, (4 tablespoons) cut in quarters
