Our Baked Toffee Cheesecake is a New York style baked cheesecake – requires a little extra effort but the results are out of this world!
Ingredients
- 175g Digestive biscuits
- crushed
- 1 tbsp Cocoa
- 55g Unsalted butter
- melted
- 350g Light soft cream cheese
- 200ml Half fat crème fraîche
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 3 Medium eggs
- 1.5 tsp Vanilla extract
- 397g Carnation Caramel
- 85g Caster sugar
- You will also need:
- 20cm spring form cake tin
