• 1 yellow onion
• 2 garlic cloves
• 1 big carrot
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 2 tsp ground cumin
• 2 tbsp tomato purée
• 2 tbsp butter and rapeseed oil

• 200 ml dried red lentils
• 1½ l water
• 250 g chorizo, preferably raw

• 200 ml creme fraiche
