Ingredients

• 1 lb fresh or frozen skinless salmon fillets, about 1/2 inch thich
• 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
• 2 tbsp snipped fresh dill or 1 tsp dried dill
• Dash salt
• Dash black pepper
• 8 sheets frozen phyllo dough (18x14-inch rectangles), thawed
• 1 recipe mustard cream sauce
