- 2 red chillies
- Rapeseed oil
- tsp salt
- 2 tsp ground cumin
- 2 tsp Ground ground coriander
- 2 tsp chilli powder
- 2 tsp Dried oregano
- 1 tbsp honey
- 330 ml beer
- 2 tbsp beef stock
