- 2 medium sweet potatoes, baked and mashed
- 1 (14 ounce) can black or red kidney beans, drained
- 3 tablespoons oil, such as Gefen Canola Oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic , crushed or 2 cubes Gefen Frozen Garlic
- 1 cup cooked Beleaves Brown Rice
- 1 teaspoon Pereg Cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1 egg
- 1/2 to 1 cup Gefen Bread Crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- hamburger buns, toasted
- garlic aioli (see note)
- sliced cheese of your choice
