• Lactose Free Old Cheddar
• Lactose Free 18 Month Old Cheddar
• Costco 1kg Old White Cheddar, sliced
• 1/2 cup prepared roasted red peppers, sliced
• 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves
• 2 cups Arugula
