• 1 cup buttermilk
• 2 large eggs
• 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 1/2 cup creamed corn
• 1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
• 1-2 finely chopped jalapeños
• 1/4 cup chopped green onions
• 1/4 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
