Ingredients

• 2/3 cup Prune Puree
• ⅔ cup corn syrup
• ⅔ cup molasses
• ⅔ cup brown sugar
• ⅓ cup chopped pitted California prunes
• 1, 3 inch chunk of peeled ginger
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 2 teaspoons ground ginger
• 1 teaspoon ground allspice
• ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
• ¼ teaspoon black pepper
• ¼ teaspoon sea salt
• 1 cup Real California Milk (or plant-based for vegan)
• 2¼ cups plus 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
• 1 teaspoon baking soda
• 2 tablespoons warm water
• 2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
