• 1/3 cup finely chopped onion
• 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped
• 1/4 cup pine nuts
• 1 lb ground American Lamb
• 1/2 cup chopped Spanish olives, stuffed with pimento
• 1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
• 1 tsp dried oregano leaves, crushed
• 1 tsp salt
• 3/4 tsp pepper
• 5 dash red pepper sauce, such as Tabasco
• 1 large egg
• 2 recipes pastry for double crust pie crust, rolled 1/16-inch thick
