• 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
• 1 onion, diced
• 2 1/4 cups beef broth
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme
• 2 tablespoons Fustini's 18 Year balsamic
• 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
• 2 tablespoons cornstarch
• 2 tablespoons water
