Ingredients

• 1 lb Italian sausage
• 1 can (28 oz) chopped tomatoes
• Garlic salt
• 2 tsp. dried oregeno
• salt and pepper to taste
• 2 sweet red peppers thinly sliced
• 4 cups hot cooked spaghetti
• 1/2 cup fresh minced parsley
• 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
