• 1 ½ lbs. Sweet Italian Sausage, cut on bias, ¼ inch thick.
• 1 lb. Vidalia onion, julienned
• 1 tsp. garlic, minced
• 2 red bell peppers, cut into strips
• 2 cups baby kale
• ¼ cup chicken stock
• ¼ stick butter
• ½ tsp. dry oregano
• 4 basil leaves, julienned
• 1 tsp. salt
• Fresh ground pepper
